MegaPOP now includes VoIP Private Label services, enabling the VoIP Service Provider (VSP) to control the deployment process and manage subscriber equipment. VoIP Private Label allows the customer to build their front-end processes, sign-up forms, management interfaces, and all "subscriber facing" utilities.
The Management System provides all the "back-end" call management and subscriber features, freeing the VSP to focus on subscribers and service.
You Control
The MegaPOP Management System Provides:
VSPs define all the back-end subscriber features via the MegaPOP VoIP Management System, using our unique communication protocol.
VSPs start with a front-end system of your own design. With the GUI in place, VoIP Providers can activate, de-activate, and modify the operating parameters of ATAs (Analog Terminal Adapters) deployed to subscribers, while retaining control of all VoIP delivery functions. Also, using our customer toolset, customers can design an interface on their own Web-server for their subscribers to access and manage ATA functions. Your customers will only see your company's private label and benefit from the service and technology that you provide via the MegaPOP network.
MegaPOP has offered a successful private label Dial Up service to ISPs for over 10 years, and now brings this extensive and encompassing opportunity to the VoIP industry. Our strategic strength is providing customers with a high level of control while also presenting a self-branded service to the subscriber. With the MegaPOP Management System, customers have the ability to market a VoIP solution while remaining focused on their own brand.
The Functions You Can Control
All of these services exist within the Management System, but are completely controlled by the customer or the VSP.
