Home MegaPOP Dial - Getting Started


To get connected, contact a StarNet sales representative to get a personalized quote that fits your specific needs. Our sales staff will provide you with a complete contract package. Once the contract has been completed, mail or fax it back to your StarNet contact. Once this process has been completed you will receive:

  • A unique MegaPOP ID for easy identification

  • A password to be used in conjunction with the MegaPOP ID for accessing the Account Manager (if applicable) and to have full access to all password protected areas of this site (namely: Customer Utilities)

  • All instructions and files to assist in account management

  • Automatic inclusion of your contact information into the MegaPOP News and Notification mailing list
