Doug Derstine
President, Wholesale Markets
Doug Derstine serves PAETEC as President of Wholesale Markets. In this role, Mr. Derstine oversees the Wholesale Markets group, including the reseller distribution. He previously was responsible for the success of PAETEC's ISG-CPE division, FASTNET-Data Center Solutions, and StarNet- ISP Solutions. Mr. Derstine has more than 19 years of telecommunications executive level experience and responsibility. Prior to joining PAETEC, he was most recently President, CEO, and founder of ALL Acquisition Corp., DBA American Long Lines, Inc., a northeast-based integrated communications provider that he merged with PAETEC in 2005. He has also had executive roles with U S WATS, Inc., and Teligent.

Mr. Derstine holds a B.A in Business Management from Moravian College. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey.

John Mahler
Vice President, StarNet Division
John Mahler has spent over 11 years developing the StarNet organization. For several years Mr. Mahler acted as a liaison to outside legal and professional services for all aspects of the organization. His duties included contract review, customer and vendor negotiations, organizational development and product planning & development. Today Mr. Mahler leads all major operational and strategic initiatives of the StarNet division.

In his 11+ years of service, Mr. Mahler has held several management positions including General Manager.

Mr. Mahler received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Lewis University in Aviation Administration. Mr Mahler sits on the board of the Palatine Township Senior Center Council.
